USUI REIKI

The Usui System of Reiki Healing, or Usui Reiki Ryoho, applies this energy through gentle touch for the purpose of healing.
A Reiki treatment supports the whole person — physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. It is simple to learn and can be applied in a clinical setting, given as self-treatments, or used as a "home remedy" to enhance health and emotional well-being.
Usui Reiki Ryoho is taught at 3 levels.

REIKI Sessions
A Reiki session is an individualized experience that is relaxing, gentle, and safe for all. It involves hand imposition healing and it will empower you while respecting your feelings and choices. A Reiki session lasts approximately 60 minutes; depending on your needs... so, you'll want to allow time in your schedule to insure a comfortable transition from the Reiki experience back to your normal state of being. Some people come for sessions initially for a physical problem and then find themselves working on emotional issues, and vice versa. Typically, you'll emerge from a Reiki treatment feeling deeply relaxed, with a sense of well being and inner peace.
Cost: £40 (1st 90 minutes)... 60min sessions £30.
Determining the number of Reiki Sessions necessary:
Each person needs are different. Depending on the situation, results can be seen immediately or within a few days. Sometimes it is necessary to do several consecutive sessions in a period of time. During your initial consultation with Tiba, she will recommend a Reiki plan that will help you achieve your wellness goal.


REIKI TRAINING

Level I

The beginning level is called Shoden which teaches the student to access the Universal energy for themselves as a method of self-healing.

Level II
The second level is the level of Attunement called Okuden, which increases power and versatility and is for directing the flow of that energy and healing others. Here the initiate is introduced to three of the four sacred symbols of Reiki namely Cho Ku Ray, Sei He Ki and Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen.

Level III

Shinpiden is the teacher level and it empowers the initiate with the knowledge of the fourth symbol of Reiki called Dai Ko Myo. The student can now initiate others to the practice of this healing tradition called Reiki.

KARUNA REIKI®

Tiba is a registered Karuna Reiki Master with the ICRT (International Centre for Reiki Training in the US.) This means that on completion of the Karuna Reiki Masters course you will be eligible to register, and your courses will then also be accredited.

Karuna is a Sanskrit word and is used in Hinduism, Buddhism and Zen. It is translated to mean any action that is taken to diminish the suffering of others and could also be translated as “compassionate action”. When individuals experience enlightenment, they report that all beings are known as one. Therefore, it is natural to extend compassionate action or Karuna to everyone without distinction because we are all one. As we help others and aid them in their healing process, all beings benefit.

Karuna Reiki® is for those who have already been attuned to Usui Reiki level 1, 2 and 3. The Karuna energy is noticeably stronger. Reiki Karuna has two levels and eight symbols. Having more symbols can be likened to repair a person who at first has only three or four tools to work with but then with increasing skill learns to work with a much larger number of tools and is therefore able to repair a wider range of problems and do so more quickly.

After completion each student will receive:
